Earthquake Supply Order Form

NCSIG member districts have been included as Earthquake Country Alliance (ECA) Mini Awards Program recipients by the Redwood Coast Tsunami Work Group.  The ECA Mini Awards Program supports projects that improve resilience by promoting and implementing earthquake mitigation, awareness, education, and preparedness.

Each district may select the quantity needed of each item listed below for its school site(s).  The materials will need to be installed prior to the close of the school year, and photo evidence of installation will be required.
