Late Payment Policy

Property and Liability program premiums are billed to each member district annually. Payments are due to NCSIG no more than 30 days from the date of invoice.

Workers’ Compensation program premium payments are billed to each member district quarterly and are due on the last day of the first month in each quarter:

• 1^st Quarter (July/August/September) – July 31^st
• 2^nd Quarter (October/November/December) – October 31^st
• 3^rd Quarter (January/February/March) – January 31^st
• 4^th Quarter (April/May/June) – April 30^th

Payments or postmarks beyond the due date will be considered delinquent.

Delinquent payments will be assessed a late fee of 5% of the invoiced amount.
