Mandated Reporter Training

In accordance with California state law, the NCSIG Board shall require all member districts to train employees annually as Mandated Reporters in accordance with California Penal Code § 11165. Districts that fail to comply with the Mandated Reporter training requirement will be held responsible for the full Member Retained Limit into the Northern California Regional Liability Excess Fund should a claim occur.
