Cyber Liability Deductible

The Cyber Liability Program has a $35,000 deductible per occurrence.

NCSIG will pay the $35,000 deductible for any claim under the Cyber Liability coverage, less the member district’s deductible.

This policy shall be reviewed annually prior to the forthcoming fiscal year beginning July 1.
