Cyber Liability Deductible

Effective July 1, 2025, the Cyber Liability Program has a $25,000 deductible per occurrence for members with 9,000 ADA or less, and a deductible of $35,000 for members with greater than 9,000 ADA.

NCSIG will pay up to its self-insured retention limit of $25,000 for any claim under the Cyber Liability coverage, less the member district’s deductible.

This policy shall be reviewed annually prior to the forthcoming fiscal year beginning July 1
